About the Role

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting software particularly Xero and Taxcalc and a strong understanding of general practice.

Duties:- Perform data entry tasks to maintain financial records, Bookkeeping and VAT, Utilise and maintain clients data using mainly Xero, and other accounting software efficiently- Assist in preparing financial accounts, reports and tax computations- support with some administrative tasks.

Experience:- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous as this is a fully remote role- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Familiarity with financial services and processes- Knowledge of systems like taxcalc is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided. A Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is essential.
